We supply high-purity beryllium foil and sheet (≥99%) for demanding scientific and industrial applications. Beryllium offers low density, high stiffness, excellent thermal stability, and exceptional X-ray transparency, making it ideal for X-ray systems, vacuum equipment, detectors, and precision instruments.
Standard thicknesses range from 12.5 µm to 10 mm, and materials can be fabricated into rectangular sheets, discs, or custom shapes according to customer requirements.

PF-60 is available in three integrity classifications, each suitable for specific application requirements:

Grade Specifications
✅ Vacuum-Tight
Each unit is leak-tested using a helium mass spectrometer.
Leak rate: ≤ 1.0 × 10⁻¹⁰ Pa·m³/sec of helium.
✅ Optically-Dense
No light transmission is permitted when the foil is illuminated with a high-intensity light source focused on one side, and observed from the opposite side in a darkened environment.
⚠️ Filter Grade
Material is delivered in its as-manufactured condition.
No guarantee of vacuum tightness or optical opacity.
Recommended for non-critical or filtration-based applications.
